How do I set up an online account?
- If you have an account with JF but do not know your login information, please email PartsPros@jfpetrogroup.com.
- If you are a new customer and do not have an account with JF, please create a new account on the Sign Up page.
- If you would like to request Terms with JF, please fill out our Credit Application.
I’m a new customer but I’m tax exempt. How do I place a web order without tax?
You can email your tax exempt certification to PartPros@jfpetrogroup.com with the top half of our credit app completed (located on the Sign Up page) and we will send you log-in credentials so you can place online orders without tax.
What if I do not see the product I want to purchase or have a question about a product?

I forgot my password. What do I do?
On the log-in page at the bottom there is a link for Forgot Password where you can reset your password.
How quickly should I receive my order?
We offer Same Day shipping on all in-stock orders entered before 4pm. Any orders entered after 4pm will ship the following business day. If an item is not in stock, it will ship as soon as it becomes available.
How will I know when my order ships?
You will receive an email notification with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is calculated based on order size & the ship-to address. We offer free UPS ground shipping on orders over $600. Please refer to the Shipping page for more information.
Can I pick up my order from the warehouse closest to me?
Yes! Most of our locations offer Order Online, Pick-Up In Store! Select the ‘Pick Up’ option at checkout and find your city in the dropdown list. We will ship the parts UPS Ground for FREE and contact you when your order is ready for pick up. Freight will be added for any expedited shipment needs.
Do you ship outside of the Continental U.S.?
We ship to all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.
How many parts are online?
Over 3,000 parts are online and we are adding more daily!

How do I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be cancelled. If you wish to cancel an order, please Contact Us as soon as possible. A cancellation and/or restocking fee may be deducted from your return credit to cover the cost of cancelling the items and/or processing the items back into stock.
How can I return an item?
We accept returns up to 30 days from purchase. You can also print your return label online. Please see our Returns page for more information.
How do I create a UPS return label online?
1) Go to My Account in the upper right-hand corner.
2) Select Order History under the drop-down menu.
3) Find the Sales Shipment Number (SHPT #) under Document No.
4) Click the RMA Request button at the bottom of the screen.
5) Complete the form with your information to receive a complimentary return label.
*Please note this option is available for 30 days after purchase. We recommend saving a copy or taking a picture of your shipping label to save your tracking # for your reference.
What is a core charge?
When we sell an item that contains a core, the core charge will show in your cart. The core charge is a deposit paid by our customer to encourage the return of the old item for remanufacturing purposes. Our core return policy is to return the core within 30 days to receive credit on your account. Providing that the old core is in acceptable condition upon return, JF Petroleum will refund the core charge. Please see our Core Charge page for more information.
